Strong all day… or for about 15 minutes.
Gu is really good, and keeps you from bonking when you’re really tired on the bike. It’s like sucking wet cake frosting out of a big ketchup packet, but you get a great burst of energy. They’re mostly sugar, I guess (don’t have one handy to check the label), but they’re great on the trail.

These jelly drink packet things are pretty common here. They do taste pretty good, but I still think they are weird. The yogurt drinks are yummy though!
